Audio-Technica-Lavalier-Microphone-Review
I made a decision towards the end of 2012 that I would ramp up my video efforts in 2013, and by that I mean actually getting in front of the camera not just talking over my screen recordings. That journey so far has been an equally exciting and frustrating one! I’m still working on getting the video quality right, exporting the files correctly and getting some motion graphic and music worked in too, but for today it’s all about audio.

I’ve decided to do a series of videos documenting the kit that I have purchased and the processes that I have gone through. One of my big frustrations was getting good audio quality. Knowing zero about audio equipment (or video equipment for that matter) I started checking out what other people were using. Today I’m testing out a lapel mic/lavalier mic from Audio Technica, I’ve got to say, the results are pretty good, and for £22, well that’s a combo I just love!

Please watch the video below and let me know your thoughts and let me know what kit you are using?

You can buy the Audio Technica Mic here from Amazon: http://amzn.to/X9XTGP (£22)
